All Loyal.e jewelry is handmade with care, requiring hours of meticulous work by our skilled artisans, preserving the excellence of Parisian craftsmanship. They handle each material with respect, precision, and attention to detail, combining their ancestral know-how to the latest and most advanced technologies.

Every piece undergoes strict quality control. Should there be an issue with your jewel, it will be sent to our atelier for expert assessment. If there’s a breakage due to a manufacturing defect, we will happily repair your jewel free of charge. Our lifetime guarantee ensures it is cared for, always.

If your jewelry is damaged due to impact, improper use, or lack of care, we can help restore it to its original beauty. After assessment at our workshop, we will provide you with a detailed price estimate.

Complimentary in-boutique cleaning


We offer a professional lifetime cleaning service, carried out by our experts, directly in our Paris boutique. To maintain your jewel’s brilliance and radiance, we recommend a cleaning once or twice a year. By appointment only.

POLISHING


Carried out by one of our experts in our atelier in France, our professional polishing service restores your jewelry’s original shine, in keeping with the exacting standards of Loyal.e Paris. Please note that polishing does not remove deep scratches.

To take advantage of this service, simply drop off your jewelry at our boutique at your convenience.

COMPLIMENTARY SETTING CHECK


Ensure your gemstones receive the care they deserve with our professional setting check. Bring your jewelry to our boutique and entrust it to our experts for a meticulous treatment. We’ll schedule an appointment for a thorough inspection of your stone and its setting in our atelier, keeping your piece as secure as it is radiant. By appointment only.

YOUR FREE RING SIZER


To help you determine the size of your future ring with precision, LOYAL.E House is happy to offer you a ring sizer that you will receive within 3 working days in a plain envelope. Very easy to use, this tool will allow you to measure your finger circumference yourself!

THE PERFECT FIT


For any order placed within the European Union, and within 30 days of receiving your ring, Loyal.e offers a resizing service if needed (up to two sizes larger or smaller).

To preserve the beauty and integrity of your jewel, please note that this service cannot be applied if the band is entirely paved with diamonds.
