Who can benefit from the gold buy-back service?

Maison Loyal.e offers a gold buy-back service to anyone who owns old gold jewelry and wishes to treat themselves to a Loyal.e piece!

What types of metals and gold carats do you buy back?

We exclusively buy back gold jewelry. We accept all carats (9k, 14k, 16k, 18k, 22k, 24k) and all gold colors (yellow gold, rose gold, white gold).
Please note that we do not accept silver or gold-plated jewelry.

Do you take back jewelry with gemstones?

Yes, we accept stone-set jewelry. However, we only buy back the precious metal.
Your gemstones will be returned to you after being unset by our artisans. A small unsetting fee will simply be deducted from the final amount.

What is the buyback price of gold per gram?

The buyback price is indexed to the official gold market rate and depends on the piece’s gold purity (carat) and weight.
There are no additional commissions on top of the defined price.
To guarantee you the best offer, we update our prices according to market fluctuations. Therefore, the value of your voucher varies depending on the date of your in-store appraisal appointment.

Your voucher is valid across all our collections, whether for a single unique creation or multiple pieces. If the jewelry of your choice is available in our boutique, it will be handed to you immediately. Otherwise, its creation will be entrusted to our workshop, requiring a manufacturing lead time of 3 to 4 weeks.
